Its a common tourist spot of Rio de Janeiro, but not really popular for kitesurfing, although there is good wind and great weather.
Since its a rainy forest weather, it changes a lot and the wind frequency changes quiet often. The wind is moderate, but it can blow up to 35 knots in the summer time. The average is 18/20 knots.
